When It’s All Said: WIAS- is an app that lets you make updates to your wishes and have Special Messages in the event of your untimely demise. (This is not a legal binding app) This is a safe place for people to share their thoughts that they may not speak about. Only a “Special Person” or “Trusted Person” can receive the message by using the app and connecting to what they are allowed to see using the PIN Number assigned to them by the User. The User will be able to use a toggle on the page to turn on and off what each “Special Person” or “Trusted Person” can see. The messages and wishes will be released once a Death certificate is uploaded and approved by admin. o Assigns a unique PIN to each of Special or Trusted Person. The final wishes and messages are released to the Trusted Person once a Death Certificate is uploaded to admin. This is not a legal binding app. This is not a legally binding tool. The information and messages shared through the app do not have legal standing and should not be considered as a substitute for a legally recognized will or testament. Users are encouraged to seek professional legal advice to ensure their final wishes are legally documented. While WIAS implements security measures to protect user data, it cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should take necessary precautions to safeguard their account and personal information, including the use of strong, unique passwords and the careful management of PIN numbers.
