WhenAvailable helps you schedule your event based on when everyone can be there. Whether it is a dinner party, board meeting, or a guys' night out, the app makes it easy to find when works best for the group.

Simply select dates and times you want to suggest for your event and then either send invitation emails to your guests through the app or copy a link to share with your guests on social media or via text messaging.

Your guests do not need to have the app, sign in, or have an account to mark the times that work for them.

WhenAvailable makes it quick and easy to find the best possible time for your event.

Use the app for free to:
- Create an unlimited number of polls
- Invite up to 20 people to vote in each poll by either sending them an email invitation or sharing a link via text or social media to the poll
- Real-time poll results
- Add a THEME to your poll
- View and send messages regarding a poll
- RSVP to a poll others have sent you
- Store a single guest group if you send a poll repeatedly to the same group of people
- The app is always ads-free

Optionally, you can buy a Premium subscription to the app. With the Premium subscription, you have a few added benefits, e.g.:
- As an organizer, you can vote on behalf of your guests
- Upload a cover image and logo for your poll
- Invite an unlimited number of guests to the polls you create
- Store an unlimited number of guest groups
- Send reminders to guests who have not yet voted

If you choose to purchase the Premium subscription, your subscription automatically renews annually. You can manage your subscriptions and can turn off auto-renewal by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase. The current subscription price is $37.99 USD per year plus tax where applicable.

You may also choose to upgrade a single poll with a One-Time Premium purchase. The current price for a One-Time Premium is $9.99 USD plus tax where applicable. When you apply your One-Time Premium credit to a poll you get all the same benefits of the Premium Subscription apart from the additional guest groups.
