Whistleblowing Without Fear is a free app empowering South African businesses and employees with whistleblowing resources, giving them confidence to speak up against wrongdoing. It takes the courage of whistle-blowers to stop wrongdoing and fight for what is right. But, often they are fearful, unsure of their rights and worried about potential backlash or possible dismissal.

The Whistleblowing Without Fear app address these concerns and puts a valuable resource in the hands of those who need it most.

In South Africa, when you choose to speak up or report unethical behaviour in your organisation, you are protected by various pieces of legislation, the most prominent of which is the Protected Disclosures Act No. 26 of 2000.
