1. 取得專用帳號與密碼後登入系統
2. 指定接收文檔分享之目標帳號(郵件, 網內帳號, 傳真 等等)
3. 使用系統內所提供之相機功能進行拍照
4. 系統會自動將相片做影像黑白處理
5. 系統會將傳送處理後的黑白文檔給指定目標帳號
