Who’s On Call, from DiMETRO, revolutionises the management of business hotlines, helplines, and any other telephony solution that needs to forward calls to an on-call operator. Designed specifically for the Broadsoft platform it minimises the effort to make changes.

You might be part of a medical practice that needs to always have someone on call at all times. No need to pass the shared mobile around or get someone in the office to activate some tedious application to hand responsibility to another team member.

Maybe you left the offset and forgot to set the nightswitch, or had to rush out to an appointment and forgot to forward calls to your mobile. Worry no more – Who’s On Call has your back!

The Who’s On Call App allows all team members to open their smart device and see who is currently on call and assign themselves, or another team member, to take over the on call duty. The app connects instantly to the Broadsoft platform and allows calls to be directed to whoever has the skillset to handle the calls to that number. Team members can be assigned a single hotline or multiple hotlines based on their skillset.

Users can also define a schedule to automatically make changes based on days and times.
