WISE Project

WISE Project App, is a free application that can collect your data from your Xiaomi Mi Smart Band when you run, climbing stairs, walking or sleeping from your Apple Health or your Google Fit. The WISE App provides both stats, based on those activities, and further diet and nutrition information.

WISE Project, is an Erasmus+ Project aimed at creating and spreading a specific exercise programme for girls aged 15-24, since this target group, according to statistics and scientific evidence, is the least physically active and the most prone to drop out sports activities.

The data collected for the programme will allow EU sports professionals and facilities – as well as health professionals – to apply a structured model aimed at involving young women in practicing regular exercise and avoid any possible dropout.

Main WISE Project Activities
- Research of best practices related to exercise for young women at European level, with a special focus on innovative solutions to encourage girls in making regular exercise.
- Definition of the guidelines to train the sports professionals and help them in tackling the dropout of sports among young girls.
