Witness in Court - Norwegian Court System

Are you going to court as a witness?

Approximately 70 000 people appears as witnesses in Norwegian courts every year.

When you have been called as a witness a number of questions will arise. Norwegian Courts Administration has developed this application for young witnesses. The goal is to give information about the court system in order to make witnesses feel more secure about appearing in court.

The target group for this app is witnesses from 16 years and upwards. The app has an easy and understandable language. The app may also be helpful for others that have limited knowledge about the court system.

The mobile application consists of three parts: Frequently Asked Questions, an overview of who is present in court, and a description of the court system in Norway.
