Woba is Your Proactive Employee Portal – the world's first app that connects employee wellbeing surveys with preventive microlearnings, so everyone can act early to improve wellbeing at work.

With Woba, employees get a personal dashboard with insights and small recommendations, access to surveys, and a library of short, research-based learnings designed to prevent mental and physical strains at work.

You can answer surveys, follow up on your own tasks, and communicate with your manager about results. If your company has enabled it, you can also use the whistleblower function or see an overview of treatments available through your employer. Bookings happen via direct links to external providers – no personal data is collected in Woba.
