Woodway's championship course, designed by Willie Park, Jr., challenges golfers to use every club in their bag. Renowned golf course architect and Willie Park historian, Mark Mungeam, restored the course to its original splendor in 2007. The beauty and challenge of this course keep it consistently ranked in the top five in Connecticut, and it has played host to several USGA, CSGA, MGA, and WMGA events.
