Your Journey Begins Here:

Upon opening, you'll see a welcoming message:
"My main job is to remind you to practice skills and send you a variety of ways to practice them. A skill can't help if you don't practice it or remember it at the right moment. I will be helping you to remember it."

Choose Your Focus:

Select one of five core DBT modules to concentrate on your practice:

1. Mindfulness: Learn to be present and observe experiences without judgment.

2. Distress Tolerance: Develop strategies to manage intense emotional pain without making things worse.

3. Interpersonal Effectiveness: Improve your relationships, communication, and self-respect.

4. Emotion Regulation: Understand and manage your emotional responses more effectively.

All Options: Receive a randomized mix of practices from all four modules.

Tap on any module for a brief description, then confirm your choice or go back.

Personalized Practice Reminders:

Once you've made your selection, you'll receive a notification:
"For now, the automatic settings are set: every day at 10:00 am your device time, you will receive a notification with a practice randomly selected from a block of your choice."

You can confirm these settings or easily change the notification time to suit your schedule.

Daily Skill Delivery:

At your chosen time, you'll receive push notifications with a randomly selected practice from your chosen category (or all categories if selected). Tapping the notification or opening the app will display your "Practice of the Day" on the main screen.
