WorkGauge is a basic utility to assist in managing resources.
WorkGauge allows you to note and adjust skills, quality and time scores based on previous experience with the resource, and which influence a total summary indicator.
NB - WorkGauge was originally created as a basic tool for my personal use to help see skills availability of contractors at a glance, and which is occasionally improved as/when new features are really needed. Collaboration requests for further feature implementation are welcomed. Any data which may be entered is stored locally, and is not shared to any other devices or across any networks.
