Workout Notes is the best way to keep track of your workout journals.
Record a workout using your favourite app or activity tracker, store it in Apple's Health app and then use Workout Notes to add further textual information against it. You can record information against your daily performance too!
If you're forgetful like us, you can also conveniently schedule a push notification reminder so you remember to enter your workout notes each day.
The app integrates with the Health app to import your workout and activity information.
Plus, with an in-app subscription get access to the ability to export your data and access priority support.

You'll need to purchase an in-app subscription after you've entered 5 notes. Purchasing Workout Notes will result in a charge against your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. This subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal of the same amount (unless otherwise notified) within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions or cancel auto-renewal at any time by visiting your Account Settings in the App Store.
