What is it about?

This app is a tool that works with the Workout Sharer website that you can find at www.workoutsharer.com. With the website, anyone can share their workout plans with whoever is interested in following them, and anyone who is looking to follow a plan can use the website or app to adapt it to their fitness level all for free! To adapt a plan to your fitness level, all you have to do is answer some questions made custom for the plan that you subscribe to like how much weight can you use for some number of reps of some exercise. This app uses plans from the website and makes interval timers for all of your workouts. You don't have to just use the timers made for you, if you want to make your own timers, then you can do that too! If you are someone who cuts your workouts short because you don't have enough time, tell the app how much time you have available to workout each day of the week, and it will tell you what days to do which workouts so that you can make sure you have time to follow your workout plan.
