App Store Description

Workout Tracking is designed with the gym environment in mind, and is therefore intuitive, user friendly, and easy to use. Use the built-in exercises and plans, or customize the selections with your own training and routines, to get the most out of your gym and training time.

While viewing lists of Exercises, you can always see details of your last set including the date, metric, and time or reps. When available, you can tap the Info button to view a brief overview of an exercise at a glance. To reduce clutter and ease navigation, these lists can be tagged and filtered by type or your personal favorites.

Using the individual exercise view, Workout Tracking allows you to see your progress at a glance using the History tab, as well as estimate future improvement using built-in charts on the Graph tab. Add new data using the Add Set tab which will display only those metrics relevant to the current exercise. Finally, when you need more information about an exercise, you can select the Details tab to find descriptions, workout planning information such as exercise type and target body area, instructions for how to perform the exercise, and links to other resources.

Complex Routines can be also defined using Workout Tracking. These Routines can be as simple as a list of exercises you need to complete, or "automated" to include target reps, sets, and time to perform, time between sets, and breaks following each exercise.

Ready to get the most out of your training? Then let's get to work.
