To solve this, people sometimes hang a world map at their wall, blindfold themselves and throw a dart at the map. Unfortunately, they usually end up going to an ocean. Or staying at home, fixing the damage the darts caused.

Now, all you need to pick a random destination is a quick round of World Map Darts. Not only will you always hit the map and never something fragile, you can even specify some options. Disable oceans, or enable them if you love to be at a wide open sea. Deselect some continents that might be too far away, or too close by. Or specify a distance to search within a certain range from your current location.

After a location was found, you can search for more information or pictures on your new destination on the web or wikipedia. Or, if you're not happy with it, simply shake your device for a new round of World Map Darts.
