How to use PF360
• Plug in the device
• Therapist can do the initial physical check up on the patient to figure out which part of the muscles are too tight or too loose.
• Therapist can use the device to pin point targeted muscle fibres with comfortable intensity of vibrations for few seconds to activate muscles and improve blood flow.
• Patient will be suggested to contract or relax muscles actively depending on the clinical judgement of the doctor or therapist.
• Its done completely non-invasive manner.
• Than therapist can perform transvaginal or trans rectal pelvic floor rehab techniques like myofascial release, trigger point release or proprioceptive neuromuscular re-education. Muscles will respond better as blood flow is already increased with targeted treatments of PF 360.

How to use wow woman
• Select thinner clothes
• Plug in the device
• Sit down on the chair or bed
• Slide the tail of the device in way where it fits in between two buttocks
• The circular HEAD OF THE DEVICE / portion of the device should cover the vaginal orifice, urethra and clitoris
• The tail should be placed in a way it ALMOST touches anus in between buttocks
• Turn on the device
• Get the application on your phone
• Open the phone app
• Select the device from the app
• Connect it with the hardware with Bluetooth technology
• You will see the remote on the screen
• Its very simple and easy to use
• Choose the program as your doctors or therapists advice OR
• Start with beginners level
• There are 5 workout programs given in the remote
• Easy one start with 2:2, 5:5,8:8,10:10 or constant ,
• For example 2:2 is on for 2 seconds : off for 2seconds and so on.
• PROGRESSIVELY CHANGE THE WORK OUT TO HIGHER LEVEL AS YOU MASTER LOWER LEVEL.
• There are 5 levels of intensity of vibration you can choose from
• Start with level 1 where intensity is minimal , progress to level 5 where intensity is maximum
• Start with workout 1 and level 1 of vibrations and increase intensity upto the level it feels comfortable
• When workout is on, the device will vibrate.
• When vibration is on, squeeze your pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop urine. Hold the contraction till the time vibration is on.
• App will instruct you not to use accessory muscles (avoid use of abdominals, buttocks, thighs or avoid movements like bearing down, just focus on precisely using pelvic floor muscles as if you are trying to stop urine, or closing your vaginal orifice or stopping passing gas)
• Relax the muscles when vibration turns off
• Look as a visual illustration on the mobile it will guide you on how to squeeze kegel and lift perineal area, pay attention to audio guidance as well which will create clear signals to your brain and ultimately it will use right group of muscles
• Its in built with 3 sets of 10 repetition.
• If you get tired in between, pause the app and rest as per your need.
• You can practice it every day or every other day, 3-4 days a week,
• Once the work out is complete turn of the device and the app.
• When you are using constant mode, do pulse training, in otherwords try to squeeze and relax muscles as fast as possible, it will train fast twitch muscle fibres.
• Hold program that is described above will train slow twitch muscles fibres.
• Both programs are necessary for healthier and fitter pelvic floor muscles.
