wTask

wTask is the free and simple tool to track tasks and documents in your WhatsApp groups. Just create a task, and share it to the your WhatsApp group. The shared message includes a link – when the task is done, the people assigned to the task can just click on it, and you will be alerted that it is done. The task will also automatically be checked off on your list. You can share the outstanding task list to your whatsapp group anytime by clicking on the share button at the top of the project task screen.



wTask was born out of frustration that while Whatsapp groups make project management so convenient, none of the project managers we knew (us included!) knew how to keep updates in whatsapp organized.
