If a problem with the barcode appears, you can search for the ticket in question by name or e-mail address and deny or confirm manually. Since there’s a real-time connection between your smartphone and our servers, the database will be continuously updated with the tickets that are sold after you even have already started. This guarantees for smooth admission and registration processes without you having to do anything. To use this app, you must be signed up to X-TIX.
