XGT Fitness is an intense workout combining weight training and natural body movements, alongside a healthy nutritional plan that takes you beyond the natural approach of other systems. It’s supernatural.

At the core of XGT is a Daily Workout designed to save you from mindless routines. There are only a handful of routines each day, but don’t let that fool you. In the short amount of time it takes, the Daily Workout will take you through several rounds of those circuits for maximum benefit. It’s faster and more effective, by far, than your typical gym experience.
