She has 20 years of professional, licensed hair stylist experience, and completed her barber instructor training over 12 years ago. She has given numerous amounts of time in her community using social media as her platform to give back, and rebranding herself while building her empire. She is using her skills and knowledge to help brand the Yess Girl Foundation. This is a Foundation for younger and older aspiring women to give them hope to build there empire with her Xklusive Hair University training program. Her beautiful smile and giving heart is the logo for the new brand, that she is diligently working to create from ground up. Her goal is to empower women by teaching them how to use different techniques with creating different styles. The Yess Girl Foundation is also designed & dedicated to give to the less fortunate throughout the holidays and special occasions. Lena pledges to continuously use her gifts and abilities to make sure women don’t have to fight the battle alone . The Yess Girl Foundation is designed to empower younger teens and women to use self love and high self esteem to build there brand. However they choose in freedom without being misguided. The foundation seeks to generously give back throughout the community.
