An online expense manager for your business. MyExpenseZone allows you to submit, track and approve expenses and has been designed to simplify expense management for businesses and organisations of any size.
Expense tracking has never been easier. Employees can easily scan receipts with a built in receipt scanner, that extracts the key information, storing this data in a secure location, saving you both time and admin costs.
Using the receipt scanner, receipts are easily photographed and added into the app. Email receipts can be sent to expense@myexpensezone.com. Alternatively, our expense tracker also supports digital receipts that can be sent directly from the store.
Through the administration interface, your company has the option to customise MyExpenseZone, adjust settings and send online expense reports to other financial systems.
Access MyExpenseZone from a browser or directly from an app on any device.
