Xtreme StepperFit is a simple and realistic home fitness app designed to help users track stepper workouts, monitor progress, and reach fitness goals. With a clean interface in olive and graphite tones, it offers structured training and motivation in one place.
The main screen features quick access to the user profile (top left) and “My Workout” (top right). In the center are four training modes: Basic, Fat Burn, Endurance, and Intensive. Each mode includes a timer, clear pacing instructions, and motivational tips.
In the profile section, users can enter or edit their data (name, gender, age, photo) and weekly body measurements (weight, waist, hips, chest, arms, legs) with visual guides. These are stored in “Achievements,” which also logs workouts with time, steps, and calories. Data can be viewed in graphs for up to 6 months.
“My Workout” allows users to set duration, start/stop a countdown timer, and enter steps and calories burned. Before starting, the app reminds users to warm up; after, it suggests stretching. Results can be saved with one tap.
In “Goals & Reminders,” users can set weekly/monthly goals, use a calendar to schedule workouts, and receive reminders. “Settings” include music toggle, notifications, and app info.
