Yanga Sports Water

The YANGA Sports Water app is used to control the Hydration Station without touching it.

With this app, vending requests can be sent to the Hydration Station. Also, a QR can be generated that can be scanned at the Hydration Station.

To sent a vending request to the Hydration Station, information is needed. This includes just as on the Hydration Station itself choosing a flavour and an intensity. Also, the camera is needed to scan the QR code on the Hydration Station to identify the Hydration Stations. When the vending is send to the Hydration Station, the Hydration Station will authenticate the user and prepare the drink.

To create a QR code to scan on the Hydration Station, the user needs to tap on the 'Help needed' button. When the user taps this button, no QR code is scanned on the Hydration Station and the configured club (see your settings) is used. Selecting a flavour and intensity is the following step. When a flavour and an intensity are configured. A QR code is generated on the mobile device. When this QR code is scanned with the barcode scanner on the Hydration Station, the Hydration Station authenticates the user and serves the drink. This method is useful for customers with a disability that are not able to scan the QR code on the screen of the Hydration Station.

Within the app settings, the location and card number can be changed. Also, other configurations will be placed here in the future.
