Youth Chinese Test (YCT) is a standardized test designed to encourage foreign young students to learn Chinese and improve their Chinese language proficiency. The test is developed by Hanban Confucius Institute – an institution affiliated to the Ministry of Education of China.

The YCT has been carried out in countries such as China, Korea, and Japan, and is gaining recognition as a formal assessment of kids and teenagers' Chinese language skills.
