Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Yoga Nidra originates from the ancient Indian tantric practice of nyasa, and was adapted to its current form by Swami Satyananda Saraswati in the mid-1900’s.

Yogaratna (Sourabh Jain) is a yoga & meditation instructor in the Satyananda / Bihar Yoga tradition. Yogaratna has completed the 3 year Diploma of Satyananda Yoga Teaching, and lived in ashrams in Australia and India for over 2 years - volunteering, teaching yoga, and learning from the masters. A yoga practitioner since his teens, he is loved for his simple and down-to-earth style of teaching.
