If you are a first-timer, we have gentle introductory classes for absolute beginners. If you are looking for a more intense body workout — where you can tone every muscle, burn fat and sweat we have challenging classes, too. (Plus, we have incredible Candlelight Yoga classes for everyone in the evening.) Most people begin to see and feel improvement in their flexibility, strength and stress levels after only a few of our classes.

Whether you have been practicing yoga for some time, or have never done it before, you’ll find a supportive environment to expand your boundaries. Our caring, knowledgeable staff has taught all age groups and fitness levels, and is ready to guide you on a journey to a healthier future.
