It's a companion, that will help you to define your goal in the above areas.

Once you're done, with the definition of your goal, you'll be able to answer additional questions :
- when do you think you'll achieve this goal?
- why do you want to achieve this goal?
- how do you know you achieve this goal?
- what will be your reward by achieving this goal?
- what are the specific actions you can do to achieve this goal?

Once you have defined all your goals, you can set some as favourites and review them daily with the help of reminders.
