Yokoy is the only expense tool that is self-learning. Every receipt, approval- and rejection decision makes the tool better - thanks to best-in-class Machine Learning technology.
For employees:
Whether you pay with our Yokoy Business Prepaid Mastercard, your company credit card or cash, just take a picture of the receipt (or upload it) and your expense report is automatically done by our Artificial Intelligence module. We even show you policy breaches and compliance issues detected by the AI module in real time. All of this takes less than 5 seconds!
For managers:
You receive all expense claims, which need to be approved, with an easy-to-read compliance summary in which you see all policy breaches, fraud potential, and compliance issues. This allows you to complete your review in 3 seconds.
For Finance & Accounting teams:
All approved expenses (privately paid and paid with a company credit card) get to the Finance- and Accounting team for the last review before the data are either downloaded or sent to the company's ERP system for booking (accounting) and payout. The Finance team doesn't even have to enter the VAT data - all VAT rates and amounts are automatically read out by our module. Each expense can be reviewed by the Finance team in less than 3 seconds.
Yokoy is built for complex setups and thereby supports multi-legal entities, multi-currency and rank-specific policies.
