If you are trying to gain muscle its essential that your body gets enough protein (duhh bro…) but its also important you get the right amount of fats that will aid those proteins in tissue repair. It is not just about the number of calories you are consuming but also the breakdown of where those calories are coming from.

Even with just three categories macronutrients are very difficult to “eyeball”. Thats why we built Yolc, to make monitoring your macros extremely easy and visual. Even just the act of tracking what you put in your body everyday will make you a far more educated eater.
