This is an app for children, their teachers, and their parents describing the co-operation required to quickly overcome adversity.

The app has been developed to encourage teachers and family to nurture protective factors that include promoting a sense of safety and security, self-worth, social connection, self-efficacy and a sense of purpose, hope, and meaning.

The last factor is a key theme of the app, where positive reactions are modelled, enabling a discussion that will support children’s confidence. The app provides a springboard upon which to begin a conversation with a younger audience around the theme of realising your fears, accepting your fears, and working through it with the support of your friends/family.
