Too much stress, poor nutrition, lack of sleep and negativity are all ageing, but the right lifestyle and mindset can help you feel full of energy and be the best you can be.
Designed to work as a follow up to our scientifically validated Life Age test, the Younger Lives app helps you track the daily health and happiness lifestyle behaviours that help keep you 'younger'.
Used alone, or ideally with our expert 7 week, 7 step online courses, the app will teach you how to unlock more energy, health and happiness and become the best you you can be.
HOW TO SET UP THE APP
Use the magic link or QR code in the email you received after taking the Life Age test to download your data. This automatically sets the app up with the correct lifestyle targets based on your latest results.
HOW TO USE THE APP
DAILY: Complete the one minute Daily Check In at the end of each day to see if you have had an 'Ageing', 'Neutral' or 'Younger' day.
WEEKLY: At the end of the week, input your latest weight and waist circumference, and receive your Weekly Report to review how the week has gone overall.
The app use HealthKit to automatically track your progress.
Tracking in this way will help you identify unhealthy patterns and switch bad habits for good over time - building a new younger way of living and become the best you can be whatever your age.
