How does it work?
Once you sign up to your company’s YOUNION, you can participate and vote on topics created by your colleagues or suggest new topics of your own.

Do I need permission from my employer to use YOUNION?
No, simply download and sign up, YOUNION is managed by employees, not by organizations.

Is YOUNION funded by my employer?
No! YOUNION was created by employees for employees. Any solution sponsored by employers will eventually be biased.
