What is it about?

YNB-Seller app' - This app enables a seller/service provider of some particular categories like grocery, food, cleaning, packers/movers, real estate, juice to register their shop/service with this app. After registering, they can upload their products/services with this app. Those registered shops/service can be accessed by customers who have installed Your Near Buy already available in apple playstore. Customers can browse shops and products/services available there. Products/services can be added to cart and place an order regarding the products/services they need. Once an order is placed in 'Your Near Buy' app, those orders will be notified and displaced in this 'YNB-Seller app'. Seller/service provider can view details about the orders and products/service for which order has been placed. Seller/service provider can accept/cancel an order received. If order is accepted, that order status is moved to 'accepted' status. If order is regarding products , then 'Seller' packs items of that order and changes the status of that order to 'packing in progress', 'Ready To Dispatch' / 'Ready To Pickup' . When items in order is delivered to customer, order status is changed to 'Delivered' . If order is regarding service, when 'service provider' accepts that order, order status changed to 'Call Awaiting' . After that , 'service provider' calls the customer through phone and provides the service required by customer. Through this app, seller/serviceprovider can also manage their shop/service images displayed to customer. They can also configure the shop/service name, location of shop/service, line of services provided, mode of order of shop/service, payment mode of shop/service, online payment upi id of shop/service, mode of delivery of shop/service, distance within which this service can be availed, open/close timing for their shop/service, users who can manage their orders/products/shop details . Seller/service provider can also view past orders history. Overall, a seller/service provider can manage their shop, shop products, orders they receive through this app
