We are an online fitness and lifestyle coaching company called Earlyman Lifestyle. We started coaching services in March 2020. The goal of this app is to have everything at one place, so that clients don't have to shuffle between multiple apps and websites, and we have the coaching process streamlined as well.
- We are a group of coaches who work with clients from all over the world.
- We provide training for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle by providing customised workouts, meals, activity levels, water intake and other small aspects of a person's day to day life.
- An initial fitness assessment is done to test the levels of strength, mobility, and posture to create a personalized workout.
- Clients need to do daily and weekly check-ins to keep them on track and have accountability.
- Periodic updates to workout and meals are made to make sure clients keep progressing in their fitness journey.
- We have an in-app chat option to help clients with their queries or doubts.
- We provide 3, 4, 6 and 12 month plans for clients to choose from based on their goals.
- We also have a BUDDY program where two clients can enrol together.
