YQ Appointments is a diary App that allows you to book a 20-minute slot to get “Fast Track” entry to the front of the queue. If you buy it is FREE as you get at least 2X your slot fee as a discount.



This allows you to plan a shopping trip visiting multiple retailers but avoiding frustrating Q’s.

Finding YQ shops

Enter your postcode to see YQ shops near you or a postcode you want to shop in
Choose your retailer

Scan the QR code at the front of a Q to come back later
Booking an appointment

Enter the day and time, you want to book a slot for (most are 20m slots)
Enter No. people shopping. 1 slot normally cost 1 token.
Book your slot and receive an “Entry Pass”
Entering the shop

Arrive at the shop within your time slot.
Print pass or call up on App.
Skip to the front of the Q and enter showing your YQ Pass.
Get a discount at the counter showing your YQ Pass.
