What’s in the name?
The word 'Zan' came from our family name, 'Zannetou' and the rich history of a family business venture that started back in the 1960's, where the aim was, and still is, to offer simple, tasty takeaway food for the people of Derby. We have been in the fish and chip shop business for a long time and we are proud of our rich history in Britain's best takeaway food… After all, what is more traditional than fish and chips?

At our Zan Fish Grill shop, we've gone back to our family's traditional roots to bring the taste of the Mediterranean to Derby.
