With the Zapoj ITEM (IT Event Management) iOS app, you get actionable alerts with full context for every situation that let you quickly assess incidents and launch response workflows at the touch of a button, understand the status of all IT Services and manage your on-call responsibilities.
Zapoj IT Event Management for iOS is a free app for all Zapoj CEM platform customers and requires a subscription to IT service assets. Your Zapoj CEM platform administrator will send an invite via email for you to create an account. Once your account is created, you can log in to Zapoj ITEM from the iOS app with your Zapoj username and password.
