Speak to one of our partner doctors by video with our easy app. It’s just like your local practice but online. That means no crowded waiting rooms or risk of getting sick while you wait. Our service is available 365 days a year.

With our app, you can:
- book a medical appointment with your preferred time and doctor
- get a private digital sick note, to share directly with your employer
- transfer your digital prescription to either an online pharmacy who can deliver your medication to you, or to your local pharmacy where you can collect this

Common treatments and conditions:
Our doctors can diagnose, treat, and give advice about many conditions that don’t require a physical examination.

These include:
- flus and infections including summer flu
- digestive disorders
- diabetes
- depression
- sleeping disorders
- skin problems such as eczema, rashes, and acne

Plus many more.

Our partner doctors can also advise you about Digital Health Applications (DiGA) and provide a doctor’s letter to prescribe these to you.

As an online practice, consultations are 100% confidential with a secure, encrypted video connection. Anything you discuss with your doctor stays between you and them.


Prescription and medication:
Our partner doctors can prescribe medication to you, if this is suitable. You can redeem your e-prescription directly in the app.

Choose either:
- pharmacy collection: collect your medication from your local pharmacy on the same day
- home delivery: get your medication sent directly to you within 1 to 2 working days, free of charge

Alternatively, your doctor can send your prescription to you by post, or they can fax it to your chosen pharmacy.
