The Zazi Driver APP seamlessly integrates with the Delivery Management System, built into the APP. It allows for notifications to be sent, for every task needed to be executed. These notifications include the order details and total cost attached to the order, the
estimated time it will take for the order to be collected, when the driver is on route and confirmation on his arrival at the destination.

Drivers can easily contact customers by utilising the two-way engagement contact facility in the App, to keep customers updated about their deliveries, should the need arise.

Record is kept from the time the order is placed up until the order has been delivered
successfully. With the Driver APP integration, the process of the order is monitored by the support team to ensure the delivery is executed successfully, thus ensuring an exceptional customer experience”.
