Log Daily Measures –
Enter three simple daily measures (body weight, sleep time and wellbeing) to monitor changes in your body and mind on a daily basis and allow coaches to track these variables as important measures of recovery and current readiness state.

Record All Aspects of your Training –
Record and keep track of all your training from the staple gym sessions or games all the way down to the less commonly recorded but equally important recovery sessions. Duration, intensity and workload metrics are tracked and stored in your journal, so you and your coaches can monitor your progression.

Track your Performance and Stats –
Enter all your testing results in the easy to complete testing tab so coaches can see how you are performing. Monitor your Stats (average workload, body weight, height, sleep duration and wellbeing) so you and your coaches can see what you may need to improve on or maintain.

Join or Create your Own Teams –
As individual uses create your own teams with friends to compete and encourage each other. As coaches, create teams and add players to manage and monitor everyone all in one place easily

Track Players and Teams -
Coaches can monitor daily changes in their athletes and teams. They can track recovery (sleep and wellbeing), workloads, training schedules and volume, changes in body weight and changes in performance via testing function to get a full picture on the current situation of their athletes.

Schedule and Complete Goals or Training Sessions Set by Your Coach or Selves -
Individuals can set goals for themselves to complete and schedule it in their calendar. Coaches can set goals or schedule training sessions for their athletes to complete with active reminders for the athlete to complete.
