Zenks is a personal feedback platform that allows team members to give personal recognition through the app and popular messaging channels such as Slack. With a quick click, users can thank a teammate for assistance, and track relevant skill building to help better organize and capitalize on team assets.

Managers and administrators can visualize collaboration across teams, and see which members are actively assisting their colleagues, and with what skills. Additionally, this data can be used to actively update employee profiles and CVs, so colleagues, managers and clients know who they're working with.
