App Store Description

Many treadmills don't transmit speed data via Bluetooth to apps like Zwift or Treadmill Buddy. Some fitness watches can estimate your pace and transmit that data, but this is typically very inaccurate.

This app allows you to set your speed and cadence and use Bluetooth to connect to Apps like Zwift for running. An easy, simple way to use virtual running apps on your incompatible treadmills and even an elliptical.
This app doesn't connect to your treadmill and cannot run on the same device as your virtual running app is. Set up your iPad or desktop to run your virtual training app, like Zwift, and your iPhone to run Zilly. If you want to run at 6mph on your treadmill, you would select the speed on your treadmill and then set 6mph on Zilly. Zilly will handle broadcasting this to any linked BLE Apps.

One option for sprints is to select a delay in the app so you can tap 8.0 mph in the app and then have a few seconds to set the treadmill to that speed.
