Every community has 'frequent flyers' that repeatedly call 911 for help throughout the year for non-emergency needs (e.g.,prescription refill). The problem is that non-emergency calls consume expensive first responder resources. In response, many communities are working together with area agencies to form cooperatives that can help connect clients directly to the resources they need instead of calling 911. The challenge is how to securely share client information between participating agencies so that clients no longer call 911 for help with non-emergency needs.

The challenge is how to securely share client information between participating agencies so that clients no longer call 911 for help with non-emergency needs.
ZoneClient is a client relationship management (CRM) App that helps communities deliver coordinated client care via participating agencies. Using our ZoneReferral companion App, first responders and participating agencies (e.g., firefighters, law enforcement, libraries, courts, etc.) can submit client referral applications. ZoneClient is then used during the client evaluation. If approved for the community cooperative, participating agencies can use ZoneClient to assign agencies, record contact notes, manage intake forms, record time spent with clients, and much more.
Note: You must have an active subscription with us for your community cooperative to use this App and account configuration services are required for digital agreements. This is a companion App to ZoneReferral.
