Notisafe® is a unique solution that enables affiliated companies to efficiently and securely manage crisis situations, critical incidents, or emergency communications.

Notisafe® allows affiliated companies to send targeted notifications to specific groups or communities in order to alert them to critical situations, incidents, or other technical or fraudulent anomalies. The goal is to prevent the spread of such situations and to warn recipients of their immediate consequences.

To avoid any risk of identity theft, NotiSafe® uses a private and secure technical platform that does not rely on email, SMS, or phone calls. Messages are transmitted exclusively through push notifications via the NotiSafe® Application.

The NotiSafe® Application, available on the AppStore® (iOS®), allows users to create an account and then be identified by affiliated companies as potential recipients of their critical communications.

Target users receive notifications granting them access to messages within the NotiSafe® Application. These messages may include text and optional attachments (files, images, etc.). Notifications are instantly recognizable by the NotiSafe® logo and the logo of the sending company.

Companies affiliated with the NotiSafe® network can predefine target communities in anticipation of crisis communications. Pre-approved messages (validated in advance by IT departments, compliance teams, or executive management) can be saved. Messages can be scheduled to be sent as notifications through specific scenarios (a particular message, to a specific community, at a defined time).

NotiSafe® strictly prohibits affiliated companies from using its secure platform to send commercial or promotional messages. NotiSafe® is exclusively intended for crisis communication, critical incident management, and other forms of emergency messaging. Its specialized function makes it a trusted reference for its users and immediately recognizable as a unique communication channel.

The NotiSafe® platform is made available to affiliated companies in a non-intrusive way: it is fully hosted by NotiSafe® to prevent technical dependency that could hinder access to the solution during a crisis. Designated administrators within affiliated companies can access the secure platform using, for example, a tablet, if their usual workstation becomes unavailable or damaged.

Affiliated companies can generate statistics to measure the impact of their alert campaigns, using various indicators (number of messages sent, received, opened, etc.).
