This amazingly disgusting surgery game will have you cutting spleens, pulling out organs, and cracking bones. All in an attempt to save Bob, your patient. You'll most likely kill him, time and time again, but that's why it's fun. While you are trying to perform open heart surgery, the disaster of it all makes it comedic.
