It appears Microsoft's latest ad campaign, the first and second installments of which featured Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld, is headed for some major changes. According to a New York Times report, upcoming Microsoft commercials will NOT be featuring Jerry Seinfeld, who made an alleged $10M for his appearances.
It appears Microsoft will begin featuring "I'm a Mac and I'm a PC" parodies, hoping to take a bite back out of Apple. The campaign is also set to feature cameos from some high-profile celebs, including Eva Longoria, Deepak Chopra, and Pharrell Williams.
Here's to hoping Microsoft's plan includes sending out a little clear, focused, and to the point message with this phase.
