iPrint From Your iPhone

December 23, 2008

I think the iPhone really outdoes other Smart Phones in the picture department. The camera isn't particularly spectacular, in my opinion, even though it has received some accolades as of late. What I'm most impressed with is the way my favorite toy handles photos - with only one caveat - the inability to text message photos without having to figure out your recipient's phone email address. Today, photos on the iPhone just got a heck of a lot better. MacWorld reported the release of the HP iPrint Photo App - now available for the iPhone and iPod Touch in the App Store. The new software grants users the ability to print 4-by-6 inch photos and JPEG images from their device. It works over a Wi-Fi connection, but you'll need an inkjet that can connect to Wi-Fi, and of course it has to be a Hewlett-Packard printer.
