The app is is awesome because you don't have to be tethered to a computer just to check out hotties. Now, you can score women (or men) while in line at the market or in class.
There are a few different components of the app.
Rate People
In this section, you rate the person on your screen, and then the next person, and so on. Once you've rated someone, then you can see their average rating and how many voters.
Meet people
If you see someone you'd like to meet, that is in a part of the world that you are in, then you could send them an email, a virtual gift or add them to your favorites. There are ways to focus your search by place, gender and age.
