You've probably already heard of Rolando, since there are ads up EVERYWHERE. Seriously, the app store has been littered with them. So that begs the question: Is Rolando the new over-hyped, over-priced, over-marketed game for the iPhone? Or is it as fun and charming as the ads would lead you to believe?
