Go Green And Receive An iPhone
February 8, 2009

"The current state of the economy makes it the perfect time to introduce the C100, America's first mass-produced Neighborhood Electric Vehicle," said Barry Bernsten, president of BG Automotive Group. The C100 will be able to travel 60 to 120 miles per charge depending on the driving situation. A huge drawback is the fact that the vehicle is a neighborhood electric vehicle, simply meaning by law it isn't allowed to go very fast. Some state and federal laws will prohibit it from driving on certain roads as well. The vehicle is a four-door, four-passenger hatchback that is emissions free. Each model will be fully loaded with power steering, power brakes, air-conditioning, front-wheel drive and an onboard charger with a 30-foot cord that will allow owners to plug into a standard 110V or 220V outlet. The vehicle will range in price from $15,995 to $17,995. If that isn't enough, BG Automotive Group thought that a free in-dash 8GB iPhone should come standard to supply music, navigation and hands-free phone capabilities. If an 8GB iPhone isn't enough for you, they have a 16GB upgrade available. Does throwing an iPhone into the deal make an electric car purchase any easier? I think it depends on each person's unique situation. Look at it this way, everyone loves the iPhone and it looks great on the standard features list so why not throw it in with the package?
